Our founder learned to fry in his grandmother’s kitchen, where a buttermilk marinade and a secret spice mix turned Sunday lunch into an event.
Years later, that same recipe became SLAPS!: every piece marinated overnight, double-fried for an extra-crackly crust and served straight from the fryer.
